Feb 16, Samsung announced the starting of production of
its processor that can be used for Samsung Galaxy S6. It is more powerful than
Snapdragon 810. Actually it is 35 percent efficient than the latter one, in
terms of energy consumption. Other than this it is also percent faster. So why
not to use it?
There are many improvements done in this new upcoming
processor of Samsung. The processor is 14nm in size with FinFET as its
fabrication. On its transistors, 3D FinFET
structures are fit. This feature, newly introduced, has let the processor
overcome its 20nm processor’s inabilities.

Exynos 7 Octs shall adopt the new processor. The power
efficiency shall move Snapdragon out of the scenario.
Last week, Samsung managed a score of 60,978. The score
was for Exynos processor by the benchmark information by S6 Edge handset.
Snapdragon actually faced defeat by AnTuTu.
