The
secret to overtake the Indian market or any other market for that matter is now
clear, produce powerful phones at affordable price and this is what Microsoft has in mind. Apparently the enterprise is soon looking to launch their so
called "new affordable smartphone" which is named as Lumia 640. The
model number of the handset is believed to be RM-1109. Anatel,Brazil's
National Telecommunication Agency revealed that they recently approved the
smartphone and in addition to that they also revealed the name and some of the features of
Lumia 640. As the name suggests, the smartphone seems to be the successor to
the Lumia 630 and the Lumia 635 which are soon going to be an year old.

Some
of the features of the device that are known include dual SIM support which is
helpful for almost everyone, support for digital TV and don't know for which
reason but is quite popular in Brazil. The device which is powered by a 2500
mAh battery offers HSDPA+ for high speed internet and also Bluetooth along with
Wi-Fi . Whether the phone is going to come with Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 is
still uncertain.
There
are also rumors that there might be another phone Lumia 645 launched along with
it and that model might have the LTE connectivity as it was the case with Lumia
635. There are high chances that Microsoft announces both of the handsets at
the Mobile World Conference beginning next month. Both the phones are expected
to get a good feedback from the customers seeing the brand value Microsoft
brings with itself.
