Panasonic has launched the Eluga
U2 which is the successor of Eluga U. The company launched it in Taiwan at
7,999 TWD which is approximately equal to 15,700 INR. They launched it silently
without any information to the media.
If you want to buy this
smartphone, then you can buy it from Yahoo online store in Taiwan. Eluga U was
a dual-SIM smartphone whereas this is a single-SIM device. It runs on Android 5.0
operating system i.e. Lollipop with company’s Fit Home UI. It is the first
smartphone by Panasonic which runs on Android Lollipop. Panasonic Eluga U2 has
a 5-inch HD IPS screen with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The device is
powered by a quad-core processor (Qualcomm Snapdragon 410) with clock speed of 1.2
GHz. It is a 64-bit processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM.
The Panasonic Eluga U2 has
an inbuilt storage of 16 GB which can be further expended up to 32 GB via
microSD card. The device also has a 13 MP primary camera with LED flash and 5
MP front camera for selfie lovers. It measures 141.5 x 71 x 7.95 mm and it is
backed up by a powerful 2500mAh battery. It also has connectivity features like
4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi.

a dual-SIM smartphone with 5-inch IPS OGS screen with 720x1280 pixels
resolution. Eluga U is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor (Qualcomm
Snapdragon 400). It is coupled with 2 GB of RAM. It has a 13 MP Autofocus
primary camera and 2 MP front camera. It has 16 GB internal memory which is
expended up to 32 GB and a backed by a 2500mAh battery. So the price of Eluga
U2 will be around 18,000 INR as it has almost similar specs as compared to its
successor.
