LED
and LED display manufacturer AOC, announced their entry into smartphone and
tablet market in India. AOC unveiled two smartphones and one tablet at MWC
event 2015. New products of AOC are targeted to mid-budget users by providing
good specs and connectivity in affordable price. According to Atul Jasra
(Business head, AOC India), said Indian market is showing great capability for emerging smartphone vendors where consumer prefers features and value for
money over high-decibel branded products.

E40 has 4.0 inch of multi-touch display with 480 x 800 pixels of resolutions. Also
dual sim card slots are provided so that you can manage your numbers even if you
move to some other state. E40 comes with a price tag of Rs. 4490 with two

won’t help to solve lag problem. This phone comes with a price tag of Rs. 7,990
with two colours black and flamingo red colour.

functionality. 2 MP of rear camera and 0.3 MP of front facing camera are just
not enough if a user pays Rs. 7,750. Right now it is available in two colours
which are black and grey.

Conclusion:
By seeing the specs and the price, I don’t
think they stand the chance against Moto E (2nd gen) and Lenovo A7000. Being a new comer in the smartphone market you need to provide something unique
and that too on lower price. Even features are too less. We hope that in
future, AOC will bring something unique in their phones.
