The latest Micromax’s Yu’s sale of the its Yureka smartphone, which was held at 2pm on Amazon (India) witnessed all handsets being sold out in just 5 seconds. Isn't that amazing? About 25,000 units of the Yureka smartphones were up for grab in the flash sale which is the fifth in the series.
With the superfast flash sale leaving many customers
disappointed, Yu has already announced that registration for the next sale on
February 19 will start as soon as 5 pm today.
The previous flash sale of the Yureka smartphone was
also over with all available devices which was 15,000 in number, sold out in just four
seconds on Amazon (India). The second flash sale took place on January 22 which
had a similar situation. The third flash sale took place on January 29.
Yu which is a new online brand from Micromax, had its
first smartphone launched running Cyanogen OS in India kept at a price of Rs
8,999 in this January.

Yu Yureka runs on Cyanogen OS and not on stock Android.
The phone offers its users many customizations than Android, maybe a little too
much for the cost bracket. Cyanogen has twitched its operating system for the Yu. It is powered by a 5.5 inch 720pixel display
and comes with a 4G LTE Cat4 modem which makes it a cost effective phone in the android
market sporting a 4G feature. The other mind blasting feature is its
13 megapixel camera, which is quite rare in the range of 10,000 INR phone.
