Whatsapp Calling Feature Is Taken Off

Everyone was waiting for the Whatsapp calling feature and some users got the calling feature too. They can activate the calling feature to others Whatsapp account through invitation. But now calling feature has disabled by the Whatsapp.

Earlier Whatsapp users with version 2.11.528 from play store or 2.11.531 from web version that saw caller icon, were able to get this facility and pass on the invitation. But for now, invitation facility is on hold, as Whatsapp was checking its server for the calling facility. People who have the calling facility can still make the calls.

As Techieoasis was providing the activation facility for their users and they were the first site to provide this facility. As a fact, other messaging apps like WeChat, Hike or Line is already providing this facility but they are not good on 2G network. I have personally tested Whatsapp calling feature and it works perfectly on 2G network. You can talk to your friends without any interruption.

Whatsapp knows that there are 70 million users in India who use 2G network. Whatsapp has really done some good work in order to facilitate the base users of the India.

Till now there is no news that when will this feature be enabled again. We hope that users will be benefited from this feature soon. We might hope video call feature in future and that too on 2G network. If Whatsapp get success on that then it would make it the perfect app.

Stay tuned to Techieoasis to activate Whatsapp calling feature. Share this article to inform your friends and family. Drop your comments below for any query.
