A lot of rumors, hype,
discussion and much more is going on everywhere about the upcoming flagship
from Samsung, the Galaxy S6. This very device is going to transform the design
approach for its Galaxy phones. Now, the South Korean Giant is facing a lot of
challenges and problems from various companies like the Xiaomi, HTC, LG and
much more. Even Xiaomi has taken down Samsung as the number one smartphone
seller. Thus it desperately needs a device that would put it back into
competition. The Galaxy S6 seems like the hope that will help it.
The Galaxy S6 will be
unveiled at the MWC 2015 in the first week of March in Barcelona. Samsung has
been repeatedly saying that, the Galaxy S6 has been built from scratch. The new
teaser image of Galaxy S6 was revealed in tweeter by T-mobile CEO John Legere.
A picture with the caption
“SIX APPEAL” clearly shows the design of the upcoming device. It shows a
recently released Note Edge like device. Samsung had already gave a hint that
the S6 will have a curved display similar to that of Note Edge and this image
is quite identical. The grey metal body can also be seen in the image thus
giving a sturdy look to the device. A number of other leaks has also reported
that there will be two variants of S6 at MWC. In another leak by Sammobile,
word was there that Galaxy S6 may also have dual front speakers just like the
HTC Boomsound.
Although the image is quite
appealing but still it doesn’t feel like it can be a real game changer. MWC is
around the corner, we can only hope that the Galaxy S6 will reflect a much high
end device.
