MetroPCS is clearing their stock of Nokia Lumia 521 smartphone. The MetroPCS has recently updated that they are selling their Nokia Lumia 521 handsets for only $19, more than half the previous lowest price for the device, which was $38. The smartphone is obviously locked to MetroPCS, but can always be used on WIFI or certainly on Pay as You Go. The 8 GB handset seems to be sold out online only, but if you are blessed enough then you may be able to grab one of such in store.
