The all new Desire 626 is a single SIM phone, having dimensions as 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.2 mm. It has a captive touch-screen with 5 inch multi-touch
display with a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels. The phone runs on the
operating system Android 4.4 Kitkat The chipset is Media Tek Octa-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53. The GPU provided is
Mali-T760MP2 and the Browser used is HTML 5 and features Java MIDP emulator. It
has an internal memory of 16 GB and is rumoured to be availed in two variant
either a 2 GB RAM or 1 GB RAM where the memory can be expanded up to 32 GB via
microSD card to store a huge amount of data.
Coming to the camera the phone has a 13 MP rear
camera (4128x3096 pixels)with autofocus and LED flash which is an attracting feature
that it possess. Other features include Geo-tagging, touch focus, face
detection and panorama. It features video recording with full HD 1080@30 FPS
and is even provided with a 5MP selfie shooter.
