Its
been a few days since Xposed framework for lollipop was announced to be working
and its developer Rovo89 as promised has released an alpha version of framework
for lollipop. Here's an easy tutorial on how to install it.
Prerequisites:
- Rooted device running lollipop
- Custom recovery either TWRP/ClockworkMod
Procedure:
- Boot your device into recovery mode.Most of the devices like nexus can be booted by pressing power+vol down when device is switched off.
- Next on the homescreen of TWRP tap on install button and select the zip file downloaded.
- Swipe the slider right across the screen to confirm flashing the zip file.
- Now the zip file is successfully flashed.
- Tap on reboot system
- Next browse the apk downloaded and install it
- You have successfully installed alpha version of Xposed framework on your device.
- Browse the modules section to download and install your favourite modules

Final
conclusion:
Please
note that this version of Xposed is still in alpha stage and possible crashes
and problems are expected. So make sure you have a nandroid backup before trying
this tutorial. Also note that some of the modules may not work unless the module
