A
pre-requisite to download WeChat for laptop/PC is a programmer software like
BlueStacks or YouWave which work like Android apps emulator.
BlueStacks
is a free software and be downloaded and installed very easily.
Follow
the steps for installation process:
Step: 1 Open BlueStacks and in the top right corner locate the search bar.
Step: 1 Open BlueStacks and in the top right corner locate the search bar.
Step: 2 Type
“WeChat” and click on Search play for WeChat. It will search the Google play
store for WeChat application.
Step: 3 Click
on WeChat icon to install it. The file size is around 25 MB. After completing the
download, click on home button.
Step: 4 Open
BlueStacks Cloud Connect in your mobile device and it will prompt you to enter
a pin. In case, you can’t find it, look in play store.
Step: 5 Get
the pin. Path to find cloud connect in BlueStacks is: Open BlueStacks ->
Click on time -> Click on it again -> Settings -> Cloud connect.
Step: 6 Fill
in your mobile number and e-mail. A mail address containing the pin will be
sent. Open your inbox and pen down the pin.
Step: 7 On
your mobile, enter the pin and press “sync”.
Step: 8 From
the BlueStacks app list, open WeChat. Create your account (sign up) or login if
you are already registered.

this can be done using YouWave software as BlueStacks takes up lot of RAM and
it may show a graphics card error 25000 in some machines.
Step: 1 Download
and then install Youwave, it is also free.
Download
apk file and copy it. Paste it in C:\Users\My PC\youwave\ directory.
Step: 2 In
the YouWave window, go to view at top left corner and select redraw icons.
Step: 3 Click
on the icon to install it. Sign up or login to use the app.
