Creating Hotspot in
Windows Phone
1. First
step, go to your Windows phone Setting and choose Internet Sharing
option. In short, Settings -> Internet Sharing.
2. Now you
need to configure the hotspot, to do that tap on the Edit icon (pencil icon)
present at the bottom.
3. To change
the name of your Wi-Fi network, tap on Broadcast Name option and change the
name and choose the password in the field provided.
4. Now tap
on the Tick mark to finish the configuration.
5. And
finally you need to flick the Internet Sharing slider to On and
you are good to go.

Here are quick and easy steps to set up a hotspot on Blackberry 10 business phone
1. Just
swipe down the top of your screen and tap on the Settings.
Now choose
the Network Settings -> Mobile Hotspot -> Next
2. If you have
done the above steps correct then you will see some warning prompt, do not
worry its normal. Just click Next each time.
3. Type a good
password for your Wi-Fi network, which you are about to create. Now tap on Next
option
4. Now choose Configure
option
Once you
completed all the above steps, tap on Save option to create a hotspot
