Today OnePlus One is the one of the most famous smartphone but Indian court not making it easier for Indian consumer to get their desired smartphone. Recently Xiaomi is also banned by Indian Supreme court as there were some issues related to security. And now Delhi High court banned Chinese manufacturer OnePlus to import their devices to India. Sadly this news came on first anniversary of OnePlus.
Indian
brand Micromax complained to Delhi High court that OnePlus is infringing the on
its country specific bond with Cyanogen. Cyanogen OS will be featured to
Micromax’s YU brand smartphone. Although
OnePlus can sell their remaining stock in India but can’t import new stock to
India.
Micromax
said that it costed them a lot of amount to provide smartphone featured with Cyanogen OS
to Indian customers and would have to carry loss if Chinese manufacturer is
given permission to sell their smartphones. As if OnePlus sells their
smartphones in India then it would be violation of agreement between Micromax
and Cyanogen.
On
the other hand OnePlus said they had no knowledge that Micromax has any
agreement with Cyanogen and they were going to launch their Cyanogen based
smartphone. So now OnePlus will sell their smartphone with android OS v4.5(Lollipop) in India and those will be available in India from February 2015. OnePlus
might take legal action against Cyanogen for this type of breach of contract.

of user interface which is reliable for you.

operating system on your smartphones. If you have any older smartphone that isn’t

unwanted garbage that you can’t remove than Cyanogenmod is best for your
