For some, Jolla is Nokia's genuine successor on the smartphone
market instead of Microsoft. This is one of the reasons the organization's first smartphone
running Meego (a working framework that Nokia dropped over Microsoft's Windows
Phone) has such a large number of fans out there.
Jolla looks set to reveal another smartphone this year
in the wake of its first gadget. The company - comprised of ex-Nokia workers - is counting
down to "something BIG" at 11am on November 19.
The very first smartphone by the organization was bought
into the market in September not long from now for the Indian market, solely
through snapdeal, an ecommerce site. The Jolla smartphone was launched with a price
tag of Rs. 16,499. The smartphone was not generally welcomed, thereby being
ignored in the tech world.
On Jolla's official site a clock is counting down to
the time until an announcement at 11:00 GMT on November 19. Underneath it is
the guarantee that 'Something BIG is About to Begin', alongside what seems, by
all accounts, to be a zoomed in shot of a corner of another gadget.
It's probable that if another gadget is launched on
Wednesday then it will run Jolla’s very own Sailfish OS.
