launching big screen smartphones. Last year company had launched Huawei Ascend
Mate without any LTE service but this year it has launched its successor Huawei
Ascend Mate 2 with LTE service.
This
white color device contains all the necessary components like power button,
volume control, 3.5 mm jack, microUSB 2.0 port and microphones. For placing the
memory card in Micro SD slot you have to remove back cover and battery is fixed
so no need to remove battery.
Its
6.1 inches of screen with crystal clear vision gives you better visual
experience and lets you to explore the video more conveniently. Side by side it
has one negative factor too. It is not easy to carry a smartphone like this due to
its big size. Also company will provide 13 MP of rear camera which will let you
to click best photos and along with that 5 MP of secondary camera will help you
to click best selfies.

Final Conclusion:
Pros of Ascend Mate 2:
- 4050 mAh of Li-ion battery is more than expected. Users are going to love it.
- Quad core processor is going to help to run multiple applications.
- 13 MP of rear camera and 5 MP of secondary camera are just fabulous.
- LTE service will be provided.
- Corning Gorilla Glass will be given.
- 16 GB of internal memory will be provided which can be extended up to 64 GB by external micro SD slot.
- 2 GB of RAM is more than enough.
Cons of Ascend Mate 2:
- 6.1 inches of screen doesn’t fit user’s pockets.
- Latest android version kit kat is not provided.
- Old chipset Qualcomm snapdragon 400 is given.
- People were expecting adreno 330 GPU but it is not there.
So
in my opinion it has got all the basic needs of the user. Till now we don’t know
the price of Huawei Ascend Mate 2 but it is going to be around 30000 INR. If
money is not an issue for you than you can go for Huawei Ascend Mate 2 but in
this range you can get many more products of Samsung, LG, Sony, and Motorola. But
by seeing the performance of Huawei from past 1 year I would prefer Huawei over
multinational brands.
