HTC, the Taiwanese Company is renowned for its high quality products and consumer satisfaction worldwide. It has been focusing on low and high range phones recently and following its pursuit, HTC had launched Desire 516 in China. Now, it has been rumored that the phone will be released in India soon. The phone is releasing in two variants: 516w and 516t. The 516w will run on android version 4.3 i.e. Updated Jelly bean. Android 4.3 was released by Google under the slogan “An even sweeter Jelly Bean”. It will also trait 1 GB of RAM and 1.2 GHz quad core processor. On the other hand Desire 516t will run on android version 4.2. There will be 512 Mb RAM and 1.3 GHz quad core processor. Both versions will sport a body dimensions of 140 x 72 x 9.7 mm and weighs around 173 grams. Desire 516 touts a 5 inch display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels which is good enough for a mid-range phone.
In both versions of desire 516, we found MediaTek processor chip which has 1.3 GHz clock speed and is quad-core. Internal memory is 4/8 GB with Micro SD card slot (expandable). Rear camera is 5 Mega pixels with LED flash and also there is a VGA front-facing camera with 0.3 Mega pixels. Connectivity options provided are microUSB, GPS with A-GPS support, 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
After its flagship phone HTC One M8, HTC has launched (in China) this phone to capture the low end market. The phone does not compete with its predecessor Desire 810 in terms of specifications, but the price factor could be very impressive as it is rumored to be priced at around INR 10,000.
HTC Desire 516 is the perfect phone to buy in low budget. In 10,000 INR you are getting 5 inch display to watch movies and surf internet, 5 MP camera to click pictures, 540 x 960 pixels qHD screen, 1 GB of RAM to run enough apps and HTC tag.

Sony Xperia M: Down factors here are too old model, low processor speed, small screen of 4 inch. Up factors are dual SIM, Sony camera quality and handset sexy look. Price: 10,799 INR | $138.49
Micromax Canvas 2: Down factors are Micromax 8 MP camera lens quality is not good if you compare with HTC 5 MP, Micromax Service. Up factors are high resolution, dual SIM and 2 MP front camera. Price: 9551 INR

This is an amazing phone for low budget people. We are getting HTC tag under 10,000 INR. So if you going to buy a low budget phone it will solve your problem. Big screen, Big Brand but Low Price.
