It seems that Blackberry, a
well-known business smartphone company, is planning to launch a new
smartphone with the codename Windermere aka Blackberry Q30
After the release of Z30
Blackberry was awfully quiet about its new smartphone but finally we have got
news about Blackberry Windermere aka Q30.
Latest pictures of Blackberry Q30 has been found on the blog N4BB.
As you can see from the picture Blackberry’s new phone is surprisingly square.
If you are wondering that images are edited then I will tell you that these
are the real images and the phone is as square as a playing card.
Although Q30 is designed
by Blackberry, it is going to be manufactured by Foxconn. Despite its
unorthodox box shape design, Q30 might be company’s most innovative smartphone.
Note: Foxconn is primarily an original design
manufacturer and client includes European, American and Japanese information
and electronics technology companies. Some notable product by company include
iPad, iPhone, Kindle, Xbox One, etc
Foxconn
has factories in Europe, Mexico, South America and Asia that collectively assemble
around 40% of all the consumer electronics products sold.

This smartphone will be
covered with stainless steel bezel that is same as we found on Q10 that means
it is going to be tough phone.
Blackberry Q30 is a full
keyboard device. It is rumoured to be capacitive that means this physical
keyboard can work on touch (you will be able to swipe to get predictive
word, delete words, even you can scroll down) Cool stuff!
Blackberry is going to
sport a 4.5 inch display with resolution of 1440x1440 pixels. It is also found
that Q30 is featuring the quad-core processor that is Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8974
processor chip. It has RAM of 3GB that is current trend in upcoming flagship
mobiles.
It has primary (or rear)
camera of 13 MP and secondary (or front) camera of 2 MP. Q30 also has 3450 mAh
battery in its arsenal which means it is a power-pack smartphone. And I should
frankly tell you that camera and battery are the first things that I see in
smartphone.
As all the facts and news
lined up we can say that this phone is going to hit the market later this year.
