Gionee Communication Equipment Company Limited was founded on September
2002 by Liu Li Rong. Gionee is a high technology enterprise that focuses on the
research and development, production and sales of smartphones. In 2005, Gionee
obtained the GSM(Global System for Mobile communications) and CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) mobile phone
production license.
Gionee has 40 provincial service centers and 41 provincial general sales agents with over 500 franchised outlets. In 2007, company got the “Guangdong Province Famous Trademark” honorary title. In 2011, it has an overall market share of 7.2% and GSM market share of 11.2%. This puts Gionee in third place of the overall cellular market and first place in terms of its domestic market.
Since 2011, Gionee moved rapidly to expand its presence into India, Myanmar, Thailand, Philippines, Nigeria, Vietnam, Taiwan and so on. It has products that are currently selling in India, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh, Russia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East and Africa with an exports of 1 million mobile phones per month for oversea markets.

What a cool smartphone it is? I personally like this mobile
and I think it is biggest competitor for big smartphone like IPhone 5, Samsung
Galaxy S5, HTC One etc. with a very less price as compare to Apple, Samsung and
