Design:

We heard a lot of rumors about GS5, some are saying that it is available in two different design: one is made up of plastic and another one is of metal. It may not have any soft key. It may have fully capacitive display like GS4.

Galaxy S5 may use LTPS LCD Screen instead of an AMOLED one which is used in all of its previous Galaxy S-series models. LTPS stands for low temperature polysilicon. Galaxy S4 has a screen size of 5 inch whereas GS5 may have a bigger Screen size of 5.2 inch. Screen resolution in Galaxy S5 may be QHD 2560 x 1440 compared to GS4 is HD 1080 x 1920 which may be increased with 5 inches. So Galaxy S5 has higher quality of images and videos.

Camera:


Samsung Galaxy S4 have primary camera 13 MP and secondary camera 2 MP with 441 ppi Zoom whereas in GS5, it may have 16MP primary camera and 5 MP as a secondary camera with android 4.4 kitkat feathers.

Battery:

Battery is always a hot topic for smartphones. So, this time Samsung Galaxy S5 will come with 2900 mAh which is 300mAh more than GS4. So it has a great battery backup as compared with GS4.

Storage and security:

For storage, Galaxy S5 may have 32GB internal memory which is double as compared to Galaxy S4. For Security, GS5 may have retina Scanner or fingerprint scanner which provide this smartphone a great security from unwanted accessing of data.

Processor and OS:

GS5 runs on latest version of Android OS which is Android version 4.4 KitKat OS which is powered by a powerful 2GHz octa-core processor and the chipset have 64 bit chip. It rumored to have 4GB RAM for fast speed and multitasking. The phone supports GSM 850/900/1800/1900 network carriers. Also, the biggest advantage of this smartphone is that it is a dust and waterproof.
